What's demonstrable today, and what's scoped per deployment

Identity & access — demonstrated in the sandbox today
SAML 2.0 / OIDC single sign-on and CAC/PIV smart-card authentication are both shown as Active in the live Integrations & Connectivity screen of the operations console. Role-based access control and an audit/activity log are both demonstrated in the same sandbox.
Shown as a configuration panel, not yet an active connection
Active Directory sync, Workday HCM, ADP Workforce Now, and SAP SuccessFactors all appear in the same Integrations screen, tagged In Configuration or Available rather than Active. That screen is a real product surface — it's the actual panel an administrator would use to turn these on — but it documents the connector framework, not a live operational sync to those specific systems today. Each one is scoped and activated per deployment.
Monitoring & compliance export — integration-ready
SIEM streaming (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), de-identified data export, and a FedRAMP/FISMA reporting package are represented in the platform's Audit & Compliance Export panel. Treat these as integration-ready design, confirmed during a security/implementation brief — not as an already-live production feed you can inspect today.
Internal-only screens
The platform's Security Center (server health, firewall status, threat monitoring) is explicitly marked internal-only in the product itself — it is not shown during prospect demos, and we don't publish it here either. Its existence and scope can be discussed in a security brief.
Data in the demo environments
Every screen referenced on this site — the member portal, operations console, and integrations panels — runs on sample data in a sandbox, not production patient or client records. See the privacy notice for details.
