This page covers two separate things: how this website itself handles the details you submit through the preview-request form, and how the demonstration environments linked from this site handle data. Last updated August 2026.
This website
This site is a static informational page — it has no backend, no database, and no server-side data collection. The "Request a Branded Preview" form does not transmit your information to a server we control. Submitting it opens a pre-filled email in your own email client, addressed to our team; nothing is stored on this site or sent anywhere unless you personally choose to send that email.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site. Your browser's own theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally on your device only, using standard browser storage — it is never transmitted to us.
If you do send us an email
If you send the pre-filled email (or contact us directly), the organization name, contact name, work email, and "who you serve" selection you provided are used only to schedule and prepare a branded preview walkthrough. We do not sell contact information or share it with third parties for marketing. Standard business-record retention applies to sales correspondence.
The demonstration environments
Screens and screenshots on this site come from sandbox demo environments for the KBM Nexus platform. Those environments use sample, non-real data — the member portal's "Alex Morgan" profile, sample billing records, and sample chat conversations are demonstration content, not real patient or client data. This site's footer discloses this on every page: "All screens shown are demonstration environments with sample data."
Data-handling practices for a production deployment of KBM Nexus — including PHI handling, encryption, retention, subprocessor list, and BAA terms — are outside the scope of this marketing site and are covered in a dedicated security and implementation brief provided during a scoped engagement.
